Shipping Policy
Every U.S. order includes free shipping, with no minimum purchase and no codes required. All products are for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use.
1. Free U.S. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping is included on every U.S. order, with no minimum order amount and no promotional code needed. We do not ship internationally.
2. Same-Day Shipping and Transit
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday through Saturday, ship the same day via USPS with tracking. Every order ships in sealed, tamper-evident packaging. Standard delivery averages 2 to 4 business days.
3. 5-Business-Day Delivery Guarantee
Our 5-business-day delivery guarantee starts at the USPS acceptance scan, not when the order is placed or the shipping label is created. If a qualifying order does not arrive within 5 business days, we ship a free replacement. This is a replacement only, not a refund or store credit, and is limited to one replacement per original order.
The guarantee applies only to standard shipments to contiguous U.S. addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are excluded, as are addresses requiring additional handling, signature, customs clearance or special routing. The conditions and exclusions in Section 9 of our Terms of Service apply, including delays outside our reasonable control.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Lost, damaged, or stolen? We reship free. We provide a free replacement, not a refund or store credit. Photos are required for damage claims. Please contact support with your order number and clear photos of the outer package and contents.
5. Local Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time in Utah County, Salt Lake County and Denver County qualify for same-day hand delivery by our team on scheduled delivery days. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.
